Yoast SEO allows you to register with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. You can also make your AC.GD site known to the Russian search engine Yandex, and the Chinese Baidu very easily. 
The method to use is very simple: when you add the property, remember to put the full url of your site including https, then select “HTML tag” and copy the verification code contained in content=”” into Yoast SEO
You keep control of your site’s indexing and referencing!
Once your site has been added to Google’s Search Console, you’ll of course be able to promote your content thanks to an automatically generated sitemap at: monsite.ac.gd/sitemap_index.xml.
